Welcome to the Adams County transparency reporting portal! This web-based reporting mechanism, along with the Adams County transparency hotline, is managed by CICN, a third-party internal audit firm. All issues are treated as highly confidential, with CICN performing independent investigations and informing select individuals of the reported issues on a need to know basis.

 

To the extent permissible by law, your name, should you chose to provide it, will not be disclosed to anyone outside CICN unless you provide us express written permission to do so.  

 

The purpose of the Adams County Transparency Hotline is to provide individuals a medium through which to report suspected fraud, waste and abuse of County assets, as well as questionable ethical practices occurring within the Adams County Government.

If you would like to report you issue via this website, please complete the form below as follows:

 

Issue Description:

Please provide a description of the issue/incident you are reporting. Please be as detailed as possible.

 

Involved Parties:

Please provide names of all parties involved in the incident, as well as the role each party played in the incident.

Example:

John Doe- Accepted a bribe from a vendor

 

Acme Corp- Bribed John Doe and other County officials to win a contract

 

Sally Jones- Reports to John Doe and is aware of situation

 

Bob Smith- Reports to John Doe, is aware of the situation, and tried to get John to stop

Where is the issue occurring (Sheriffs' Office, Accounting, Public Works, Fleet Yard, etc.)

Around what date did the issue first start occurring?

 

Duration:

How long has the issue been occurring?

 

Frequency:

How often does the issue occur (only once, several times/month, several times/day, etc.)

You are not required to leave your name or contact information, though this information is often times helpful if we need additional details in order to properly investigate the issue. If you do choose to leave your contact information, it will not be disclosed to anyone other than members of the independent 3rd party investigation team to the extent permissible by law.”
